Are you just teasing us. Telling us to watch a video clip and then it’s not available?

If watching the premium videos requires plug-ins, 3rd party viewers, special browers, or settings, these need to spelled out in detail.  Don’t assume because your test PC works that other are configured the same.

I figured out that sometimes I have to log in with my “non-premium” ID to see some videos (free ones) but with my premium ID to see the pay ones.  It’d be nice if the premium login worked for everything.

One suggestion: the video “articles”:  it’s a pain in the neck to have a series of short videos that you have to scroll down the page looking for one after the other to get the entire video in.  While having short versions can (I guess) be convenient to some, it would be nice to have the option where the entire video (all the pieces melded together) available.

Overall, I love these videos and have learned tons.  Well worth the investment!  I keep looking forward to seeing more content.
